How to Become a Vendor

Puresource meets as a group pulling expertise from our Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Purchasing and Product Knowledge departments to review all new brands thoroughly. In order for a new brand to be considered for distribution by Puresource it must meet these basic requirements:

  • 12 digit UPC’s on all sellable units. Case UPC’s on outer case.
  • Labelling must be Canadian compliant.
  • Any supplements in Canada must carry a Natural Product Number (NPN) from Health Canada on the printed label.

Here is how the process works:

Step 1: Download this excel document and complete in full and email back to: julie.watson@puresource.ca
Step 2: * Forward a full sample set of your products to the address below.
Step 3: Email any Deck Presentations or Sell Sheets you may have to: julie.watson@puresource.ca
Step 4: Once all the information is verified, we will add you on to our next review agenda.

Any brokerage or duty fees are the responsibility of the vendor. Although samples sent are no charge, there must be a real value listed on the customs documents. Any products with a zero value will not clear customs.
